Reflective professional support to help you stay human in work that matters.
How can I support you?
I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals, and professional support for clinicians and organisations.
Choose the pathway that best fits what you’re looking for.

Support options for you
I work with complex trauma and PTSD using EMDR, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and creative arts and music-based processes.
Tempo Therapy & Consulting is a small, intentionally run private practice in Nipaluna / Hobart, offering personalised therapeutic and professional support for therapists, clinicians, and service leaders.
Tempo is a holistic practice that values humanity and care - for ourselves and for the people we support - as being central to the work we do. The services offered here are designed to meet you where you are, recognising you as a whole person shaped by both personal experience and your professional context.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. Sometimes it’s about having space to notice what’s been sitting beneath the surface to help you find your ground and a steadier way forward.
Whether you’re seeking individual therapeutic support, or reflective and systems-informed support for your team or organisation, you’re invited to choose the pathway that feels most appropriate for you right now.

Professional support for therapists, clinicians and service leaders
Professional support at Tempo Therapy & Consulting is offered to individual therapists, clinicians, supervisors, and service leaders seeking reflective, relational support in their professional role.
This support is designed for people navigating the complexity of caring work, leadership responsibility, ethical decision-making, and sustained emotional load. It offers space to pause, think, and reflect on your work in a way that supports clarity, integrity, and sustainability over time.
Services include:
- individual clinical supervision
- group supervision
- professional learning
This is not therapy, and it is not performance management. It is a reflective professional space that recognises the impact of caring roles on the people who hold them, and supports thoughtful, grounded practice without expectation to fix, perform, or push through.
Professional support at Tempo is offered to individuals, not organisations.
If you are seeking support for a team, service, or workforce, you’re invited to view services for organisations.

Trauma-informed therapy in Hobart and online
I work with complex trauma and PTSD using EMDR, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and creative arts and music-based processes.
Therapy can be a place where you do not have to carry everything on your own. It is a space where your experience is met with care, curiosity, and steadiness, rather than pressure or judgement.
People often arrive here when something about the way they are living or working no longer feels sustainable, even if they are still functioning and managing.
You might be coming here because:
- you find yourself awake in the early hours, worrying about how long you can keep doing this work
- you can’t remember what it feels like not to be tired, overwhelmed, or under constant demand
- it feels harder to rest, switch off, or feel fully present
- everyday decisions seem heavier or more loaded than they used to be
- you are carrying responsibility for others while your own needs are often pushed aside
These experiences are common, particularly for people who are capable and care deeply about supporting others, including therapists and clinicians.
